In the mystical landscapes of Michoacán and Guerrero, where the earth and sky meet, an artisanal mezcal is born that captures the essence of Mexico. This mezcal, distilled with wisdom and dedication, is a liquid jewel that carries in every drop the soul of its homeland.
The agave plants, carefully tended by expert hands, mature under the generous sun of these regions, absorbing the richness of the soil and the magic of their surroundings. The master mezcaleros, heirs to an ancestral tradition, harvest the agaves at their perfect point, initiating a process that has been passed down from generation to generation.
Sustainability
At Casa Pineda, our commitment to the land goes beyond production; it is a promise of harmony with the environment. Our agaves, organically grown and free of pesticides, not only give life to a high-quality mezcal but also reflect our deep respect for the flora and fauna that surrounds us.
Each vinata is strategically located to protect and preserve the hot springs, ensuring the purity of the water and promoting the reforestation of oaks in our lands. In this way, we contribute to the restoration of local ecosystems, giving back to nature what it generously offers us.
