Mezcal
Ingredients:
- 45ml of Casa Pineda Blanco Mezcal
- ½ mashed kiwi
- 120ml pineapple juice
- 30ml passion fruit concentrate
- 30ml of lemon juice
Method of preparation:
Place the half kiwi and the Mezcal in a shaker to mash. Add the pineapple juice, passion fruit concentrate, and lemon juice. Shake with a little ice and serve in an Old Fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with edible flowers and ½ piece of dried grapefruit.

Pepino
Tonic
Ingredients:
- 45ml of Casa Pineda Blanco Mezcal
- 120ml hibiscus water reduction
- 15ml lemon juice
- 45ml agave syrup
- 3 drops of habanero ash oil
Method of preparation:
Place all the ingredients in the shaker and mix vigorously until well combined. Pour into a glass with ice, previously rimmed with hibiscus salt.

Asada
Ingredients:
- 45ml of Casa Pineda Blanco Mezcal
- 120ml grapefruit juice
- 30ml rosemary syrup
- 15ml Eureka lemon juice
Method of preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake until well combined, and pour into a glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated grapefruit and flame.

Ingredients:
- 45ml of Casa Pineda Blanco Mezcal
- 6 pieces of blackberry
- 3 pieces of basil leaves
- 3 pieces of mint leaves
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml simple syrup
- 90 ml pineapple juice
- 30 ml cranberry juice
Method of preparation:
Place all the ingredients in the shaker and mix vigorously until well combined. Pour into a glass with ice, previously rimmed with hibiscus salt.
